Ok, so I have decided to create a list of rules. I'm planning on making more stock...body stock of myself and my brother. I would really like to have a set of rules regarding the use of it.
Of course, each individual stock has a few rules in the details...but I'd like to go more in depth.
Summarized Version:
You
MUST be a member of deviantART to use my stock.
You
MUST credit my gallery if using my stock.
You
MUST let me know that you have used my stock.
If you would like to repost your work
anywhere outside of DA, you
MUST ask permission first.
You may use my stock in deviantART prints. I would like to ask that I receive a copy of the print. It's not much to ask...I'm not asking for any other profit for using my stock...I just like to have a copy of something made with my stock.

You may not use my stock in any corporate contests. This includes deviantART or any other company/business.
Do not repost my stock as your own. Action will be taken.
Rules for Everyone: You
MUST be a member of DA! I'd like to know where my stock is being used. It's theft and it
isn't appreciated.
I do ask that you please
do something with my stock. Not just minor changes (hues, blending, etc.).
I ask that my stock is used for
non-profit use unless you have my permission.

on the original stock to say you've used it. Please do not post a comment on my frontpage. I can't guarantee that I'll see and I won't be able to

Rules for DeviantART Prints:
I hereby grant all DeviantArtists permission to use my stock in any and all Deviant Prints without restriction.
You no longer need to request permission from me to use my stock in a DA prints, you must however remember to ask for prints permission for other sites/personal printing, and you must also credit as per the regular rules.
Rules for Use of Stock OUTSIDE deviantART: ALL uses outside of deviantART (which include personal sites, photobucket, myspace, FlickR, blogs, any other site besides deviantART) must have my permission first.
Any sites with contests (including deviantART) that run contests that have a potentially commercial end use of the winning artwork can not have entries including my stock. If I find that anyone is entering a piece with my stock in such contests will be told to remove their artwork
immediately.
The permission for prints is for
DAPRINTS USE ONLY - you must ask my permission first before using my stock in prints anywhere other than deviantART.
Other DA Policies: Deviantart, its owners, etc
DO NOT OWN THE COPYRIGHT TO MY STOCK OR ARTWORK. As stated in the submission policy here:

DEVIANTART STATES REGARDING OWNERSHIP

Artist is free to grant similar rights to others during and after the Term of this Agreement." Just because not all my stock has a visible copyright watermark does NOT mean that they are not SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS! I GIVE DEVIANTART USERS ONLY permission to download, use, MANIPULATE my stock art but NOT my artwork. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE UNMANIPULATED STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY INTO YOUR OWN WEBSITE! THIS IS COPYRIGHT VIOLATION!
It remains MY option to remove or change or amend any or all of my stock and rules at ANY time.
All Those Little Things I Forgot to Mention: Contacting me: I did post at one time to only note this account about any inquiries/letting me know you used my stock. But I've realized that I don't log into this account as much as I do my main account. So, with that being said, if it important (such as questions about rules/permission for posting outside DA, etc) you're more than welcome to note me at my main account. Notes stating that you've used my stock please keep here. It's just easier to keep up with that way.
Just note me once. I don't check this account as often as my main account, so it may take longer to comment/fav on your piece or reply to notes. I promise I will/have seen them and will reply/comment/fav ASAP!!
Do not tell me to comment. Please trust that I have seen your piece and will comment/fav when I have the time.
Credit, credit, credit! Sorry, I just can't stress this enough! I don't honestly care how you credit, just credit. If a piece has been brought to my attention that my stock has been used in a piece with no credit, I
will take immediate action.
